Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before arranging work. They explain the scope of the listed services and the information to agree for an individual booking.
About these terms
These terms relate to enquiries and services offered through Complete Mould Removal Wembley. Read them alongside the quotation, booking confirmation and any specific conditions agreed for your property. The individual arrangement determines the service, its scope and the applicable price. An enquiry does not by itself confirm an appointment or authorise work. Contact +44 20 3966 3944 if you need clarification before agreeing a booking.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights. Where information supplied before a contract becomes binding forms part of that contract, it is not replaced simply by a later change to this webpage.
Agreeing the service
Before agreeing work, establish which property and rooms are included, the problem to be assessed or treated, the extent of access and the expected output. Explain whether you are requesting inspection, investigation or mould treatment. These are different activities and should not be treated as interchangeable.
Any price, attendance arrangements, preparation instructions and relevant limitations should be clear before a booking is confirmed. A general website description or an illustrative photograph does not establish that a particular treatment, instrument, report or result is included in your booking.
Services and scope
The listed services are mould removal, mould inspection, damp inspection, condensation investigation, condensation and ventilation assessment, hidden leak detection, and assessment of external water and gutter issues. The work undertaken depends on the specific scope agreed for the property. Identifying a possible moisture source does not mean that source has been repaired.
Roofing, building, plumbing, electrical, drainage and decorative repairs are not included unless expressly agreed under an appropriate separate arrangement. Ask whether recommendations require another contractor and whether a written record or additional investigation is part of the service you are arranging.
Property information and access
Provide relevant information about the affected area, known leaks, previous treatment, recent repairs and access restrictions. Describe uncertain information as uncertain. If you arrange work on behalf of an owner or occupier, ensure that the person responsible for the property has authorised the necessary access.
Heavy furniture, fixed fittings, concealed spaces and neighbouring premises may limit an assessment. Opening building fabric, removing finishes or using specialist access is not assumed to be included. Discuss who will arrange any additional access and whether it changes the agreed work before it is undertaken.
Assessment and treatment limitations
Findings depend on accessible materials, the checks agreed and conditions at the time. Intermittent moisture, concealed routes and weather can limit what can be established. A photograph or isolated measurement does not necessarily establish one cause or rule out another source. Observations should be distinguished from suspected contributing conditions and unresolved questions.
Treatment suitability depends on the surface, material condition and moisture risk. Visible improvement alone does not establish that an underlying source has been resolved. Staining, damaged finishes or the need for separate reinstatement may remain. No general website statement promises that all concealed sources can be located or that growth will never recur.
Preparation and changes
Follow preparation instructions agreed for the proposed work. Explain any difficulty moving belongings or providing access before attendance. Do not disturb affected finishes or attempt unsafe access simply to prepare for a visit. Practical arrangements and any restrictions relevant to the chosen approach should be discussed in advance.
If conditions differ from the description or additional affected areas are found, the scope may need reviewing. Changes to the work and any additional price should be explained and agreed before proceeding. These terms do not authorise unspecified additional charges.
Price and payment
The quotation or booking arrangement should state the price or pricing basis, what is included and the payment arrangements that apply. Ask for clarification if an item is unclear. This website does not establish a standard call-out fee, deposit, cancellation fee or late-payment charge.
Where no particular time or price has been agreed, applicable consumer law provides protections concerning reasonable time and reasonable charges. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. A contractual term cannot remove consumer rights that the law protects.
Cancellation and appointment changes
If you wish to cancel or change an appointment, contact +44 20 3966 3944 and identify the booking and property. Keep a record of your request. The arrangements agreed for your booking apply subject to any statutory cancellation rights.
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations give a cancellation right for a distance or off-premises service contract, the normal cancellation period is 14 days after the day the contract is entered into. Applicable exceptions and the circumstances of the contract matter. A request to begin work during that period must be handled in accordance with the law; making an enquiry alone does not waive a cancellation right. Any lawful charge for work requested and supplied during a cancellation period depends on the applicable requirements and circumstances.
Following the work
Review the work against the agreed scope and clarify any remaining material damage, inaccessible areas or moisture concerns. Follow any relevant instructions before returning belongings or arranging decorating. The appropriate timing depends on the materials and work involved, rather than a universal drying period.
If growth or moisture returns, describe its location and timing and explain any changes since the visit. Any follow-up attendance or further work needs its own confirmed arrangements unless already included. Reporting a concern does not limit your statutory rights.
Concerns and responsibility
To raise a concern about an enquiry or service, call +44 20 3966 3944. Provide the booking details, property and a clear description of the issue so that it can be considered. Retain relevant information and photographs where available.
These terms do not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful, or prevent a consumer from seeking remedies available under applicable law. No membership of a trade body, ombudsman or dispute-resolution scheme is stated here.
Website photographs and information
Photographs on the website are generated illustrations and do not represent verified customer projects or proof of particular results. Service descriptions explain the questions and decisions relevant to arranging work; the agreement for your property defines the actual scope.
Changes to this webpage apply to website information from the time they are made. They do not automatically rewrite an existing agreement. Personal-information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
